Please Note: This role will require travel to Poughkeepsie approximately three times per week. Travel will be compensated.

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee production and distribution operations, ensuring coordination between commissary kitchens and retail locations
- Translate company objectives into clear operational plans and performance metrics
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies across production and delivery
Commissary Kitchen Operations
- Oversee daily operations across production and commissary kitchens, including prepped items, sauces, and full-cycle bagel production
- Partner with culinary and R&D teams to operationalize new menu items and products
Supply Chain / Logistics / Distribution Management
- Oversee logistics between commissary kitchens and retail locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Manage fleet operations
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and cold-chain management across the supply process
- Continuously improve logistics workflows to support growth
Team Management & Development
- Supervise and mentor production managers and shift leads
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Monitor food and labor costs and adjust staffing based on business needs
Health, Safety, & Compliance
- Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with local health and HR regulations
Strategic Growth
- Develop scalable systems and processes to support expansion
- Support planning for future production, commissary, and retail growth
- Ensure readiness for new product lines and distribution channels
- Track performance metrics to drive improvement and innovation
